Why does it give a click at shutdown and startup? My old Corsair from 2015 didn't do that?

Are the cables neutral black color? And do they look pretty clean when connected and routed throughout the case?

My RM650 made a lovely 'POP' sound not so long ago 🙁
I emailed corsair weeks ago asking them if i can use the modular cables on any other Corsair PSU like the RMi or RMx and i'm still waiting for a response.
Any good knowledgeable people know the answer?
Cheers

CORSAIR : I used to have 1.st gen Corsair RM850 and I found a bug in your Zero Fan mode usage until 2 conditions are fulfilled (temperature and power consumption). The problem is that if the power consumption is not met the fan will not spin even if the temperature of the PSU circuitry is really high (very very hot to the touch of the PSU encasing). And anybody knows that heat isn't really a friend to passive and active elements and it causes their resistance to rise and the molecular level of elements to degrade faster over time. It especially happens if you have a rig that uses 400-450 Watts at full load on a RM 850 Watt PSU which makes it very very hot to the touch after an hour and the fan never spins because the 1.st and primary condition of the power consumption isn't met. When in praxis 1.st condition should be temperature and 2.nd condition should be power consumption. The problem is that you are sacrificing you products life span to stay in the PSU Zero Fan mode race that nobody actually wants. I've never had problems with any PSU-s that used a normal constant but variable fan spinning and I never understood why the necessity for Zero Fan in PSU-s. A 140 mm fan that spins variable to max 1400 rpm is completely silent by definition and is completely inaudiable in any enclosed case.

Guys, seriously, with all the love i can give you by supporting you and buying your products, at least start selling Power supplies with stock Sleeved cables for at least 24pin motherboard and Gpu cables.
I find it impossible to believe in 2019 with so many Glass PC cases you still haven't thought of providing something like that stock, it's something steep for a customer to buy them aftermarket.
Just my humble opinion, wish you all the best in the market.
