——– Lyrics——–

Lyrics taken from:

Step infront of a runaway train, just to feel alive again.
Pushing forward through the night, aching chest and blurry sight.

It’s so far, so far away.
It’s so far, so far away.

Cold wind blows into the skin.
Can’t believe the state you’re in.

It’s so far, so far away.
It’s so far, so far away.

Who are you trying to impress, steadily creating a mess?

Step in front of a runaway train, just to feel alive again.
Pushing forward through the night, aching chest and blurry sight.

Aching chest and blurry sight, aching chest and blurry sight.

Step in front of a runaway train, just to feel alive again.
Pushing forward through the night, aching chest and blurry sight.

Aching chest and blurry sight, aching chest and blurry sight…

RDR2 made RDR1 so much more special for me. We got to learn more about John and his family. His father like relationship with Dutch and his brother like relationship with Arthur. We got to see John grow up and become a man in RDR2, especially in the 6 hour epilogue. It makes his death all the more sad. Truly amazing.

Arthur showed us you can't redeem your past. John showed us you can't escape it.

-You killed hundreds of innocent people, you robbed at least 40 banks that we're aware of ..

-They told us there was a prize when you got to 50.

Even though I prefer Arthur Morgan over John Marston as a protagonist:

John's story hit me harder.

As Arthur If you talk to Javier about Mexico he’ll say he misses it, then Arthur will say “must be hard, Being so far away”
