so what does a standard rating effect anything?
Well I assume it is supposed to be like metals you win and or value as a precious metals and they just phoned in titanium
you talk so fast my brain can't handle
is Chieftec a good brand for PSU?
So i am getting a msi godlike z390 + 9900kf + rtx 2080 super. Since i do not have much money left, i am planning to use ram and psu from my old system i.e. a corsair vs650, it has 80+ rating(just 80 plus). Do you guys think it is enough?
Im Corsair Bronze
Just got a PSU platinum for 100$
Aerocool Integrator 600W Power Supply, 80 Plus Bronze is enough for rx 570 ? pls help
Where i can download this psu thing?
80+ Bronze is more than enough.
can anyone tell me if the acbel 80 plus bronze is good and should i trust it?
Now do a video explaining to the dumbasses who think buying a 1200w psu for a system that won't ever pull more than 450w is stupid idea.
my gods, what is he talking about… wish i was good at maths and English.
Is 600w enough for a ryzen 5 gtx 1080 should I get 80+ gold
picked up a 1500watt titanium psu just because of this
Still rocking my Antec HCP850 80+ Gold from 2012, I ran a SLI of GTX780 Ti on it for over 4 years, between 2014 and 2018 and it's still going strong!
I did not understand…
thats why people buy psu above 80% efficiency cuz mine is a funny delux psu ''500watt'' but while i play games is cutting my games on half and i play like 5,6mins and monitor says no signal! great
Manufactureres send golden samples for these tests. That means what an average joe buys from the store might not really have the same level of efficiency even when it carries the compliance sticker.
Great video – thanks!
Where can i download more watts? 🤔
I really appreciate this video, I really do. It is well made and most importantly VERY INFORMATIONAL. But, basically, what you need to know is just look at the table at 3:17 and listen to what Greg says after that, as well. If you want to know how everything is calculated, just want the video till the 3:17 mark.
Thanks Greg, you helped a lot. (:
i think im an expert now
thanks man
Engineering Explained ………… meets……….. computers.
Wait so it's best to buy a psu that is twice what your PC pulls for the 50% efficiency?
Can anyone suggest a good psu for rx480 +fx 8350
How do you know how much power your rig needs? I just bought I 650W to be safe. but have no idea what the load is
Wtf is 80+ Diamond?!!
Is a bronze certified 80+ 850w enough for rtx 2080 and i7 8700k?
when i first built my pc i got the corsair cx600m . after 2 years it started failing on me. when turning on the pc only the fans would turn on then shutdown
You're 80+ homo for that clickbait thumbnail
thx 4 the math on the watts
80+ aluminium is the best
500w is good for me
what watt and metal would you recommend for a i5 8600K overclocked at 4.6 ghz atm, 1070 overclocked, 16gb 3000mhz ram z370-f rog strix, cryorig a40 ultimate plus 3 more cryorig fans 🙂
550w evga silver psu i5 3470 gtx 1060 3gb oc edition is this psu okay?
Is there a 80 plus glass? Lol
I'll just buy 2 psu's
