Your videos are the most helpful thing for improving listening skills!👍🏼👍🏼But I can't understand why news review from BBC learning English is mush more understandable for me than 6 minutes English. Does it depend on speaker's speech or maybe because I can see speakers and just like read from their lips?😂

In my country, mental illness is still stigmatised, not many people can talk about mental health, let alone their mental problems. However a number of young people have been starting to address the issue, trying to lift the stigma.
