vocabularies I have learned in this video: 
1.cashflow forecast: this is a calculation of how much money you expect to have at a time in a future ,based on knowing your income and your expenditure.
2.asset: the things you own of saving and investment.
3.give someone a hand: to help someone

and it was until 1800s that had the word millionaire !
