The recipes are terrible, many don't work. Many ingrediants are not readily available either. Take a pass on this one.

Lmfao… nobody has given an ounce of thought to the other thing blue zone people have in common allowing them to live longer… maybe its actually down to the old adage… location location location… smh… a carb high diet is the cause of most major ailments… from cancer to arthritis… the fossil record literally shows this to be true…

By sound of it this is whole food plant based, cook or prepare as harvested. These changes happen when you get off the SAD diet.

Simple food of a peasant is the key! If u eat like kings – u sure get ill. In 4 month of being vegan I lost some weight, but my cholesterol went up. Dr. Klaper reassured me that it is leaving my arteries and that's why we see it in the blood stream.

So, basically the Mediterranean diet: rich in raw vegetables and olive oil, fish, seafood, beans and your ocasional meat and dairy.
My grandmother and 7 of her siblings lived 98+, the other 7 died in their younger days during to the war and others from disease. A good diet won't change your destiny but will help you to enjoy the time you have to the fullest
