This method worked for me too! Here are the detailed steps:

Mac Book Pro 2017 (USB-C)
Mac OSX High Sierra 10.13.2
Intuos 3 PTZ-930

0. Fully uninstall any wacom drivers!
1. Install latest driver (6.3.27-2), DON"T restart.
2. Right after install 6.3.27-2, install the driver for your WACOM. In my case Intuos 3 (6.3.15-3). You need to find the right driver for your tablet as shown in @RamzBagal video (His is Bamboo).
3. Restart only after you have installed both drivers.
4. Voila!

Mac Book Pro 2016 Late
OSX Mojave
And guys it's 2020! You are the best! I was looking for a solution for a month now. Even the pressure option works in Illustrator! <3
For Bamboo Pen and Touch CTH-460/K users, here's that I did:
1. Plug in your tablet
2. I install the same drivers, go to latest drivers section in the Wacom website and click "older versions" and find "Driver 6.3.25-2 (macOS 10.11 – 10.13) – 71.7 MB" then install it.
3. Search for CTH-460 driver on the drivers page, and download it. "Driver 5.3.7-6 (macOS 10.9 – 10.12) 27 MB" install it.
4. If it doesn't work, you might need to give permission. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accesibility (Check everything related with tablet, touch, wacom or Adobe softwares)
6. Restart
THANK YOUUUUUU!!

12 – July – 2019 — this still works perfectly, you just have to restart the system and grant the access to wacom desktop center and WacomTabletDriver after. It made work my CTL – 480 in my mac pro from 2015 with Mojave.

Hi! 🙂 I came with an easier solution for this. As I tried too many things and none of those worked (even this video's) I had to get in touch with Wacom assistance, and their solution was pretty simple (at leas it worked for my mac):
1. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
2. Select the Privacy Tab.
3. Pick the Accessibility option.
4. Click the lock icon at the bottom left of the window to open it and make changes.
5. If the WacomTouchDriver and the WacomTabletdriver app checkers have a mark, uncheck both. Then click the lock again to close it and save changes.
6. Click the lock once more to open it and make changes again.
7. Now, re-check the WacomTouchDriver and WacomTabletdriver apps. Next, click the lock again to close it and save changes.
8. Restart your computer.
9. Once restarted, try to use your tablet (it should be woking normally by now). And voilá!
*It's quite important that both check marks are on to enable both pen and touch functions.
Hope this helps! 😉
Blessings!!

look on the box for what driver to use, for example, my tablet is the bamboo wacom fun and it said it needs the driver that is Mac OS X 10.4 or later so just choose this one or which ever one it says

Here's another simple way that might solve the same problem. You can go 'Wacom Tablet' folder in Applications, then click 'Wacom Tablet Utility' and next, hit the 'remove' button. I don't know why it worked but you can still try before this process that RamzBgal gave

Tried other tutorials but this one solved my problem.
After installing the 2(latest and Previous) drivers and restarting the iMac, my Wacom(CTL460) now is perfectly working again.
Thanks a lot!
